Sitting on their laurels I am afraid. It&rsquo;s a great hotel but the food was poor. I suggest sticking to the simplest dishes where it is difficult to go wrong. The dining room is a good structure but too big to be anything but impersonal and too bright to feel much more than a canteen. There are better restaurants a 5 minute walk from the Parador.

We have eaten here several times in the past and what they are best known for is cooking game and unusual meats like goat. They are always superb.  Staff courteous and helpful as usual.

The views are spectacular. The kid was so good we had it more than once. The steak was also very good.  We split a steak dinner and they made a point to present it very nicely.

Lovely meal. One of the nicest Paradors we have visited. Fabulous dining room, patio for drinks and views

Location, location, location... Simply unbeatable. The food is great and the service was good. A real highlight on our trip to Carmona. Highly recommend it!
